Hoopr may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, team or player details, and any information submitted through early access, support, or account forms.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Hoopr, manage early access communications, support player development features, respond to requests, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help operate Hoopr, or when required to comply with legal obligations.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Data retention

We retain your personal information and basketball activity data (including player profiles, game stats, shot data, workout history, and team records) for as long as your account remains active so that you can access your full history and development progress.

If you delete your account, we permanently delete your Hoopr account and associated personal information and basketball activity records from our active production systems in accordance with the process described on our Account Deletion page. Residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten under our normal backup schedule. Limited information may be retained longer only when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping, and only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
